1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Marko, an individual based in the European Union who runs ReelClone (reelclone.ai), referred to as "we" or "us". By creating an account or buying credits, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• One account per person. Keep your login (email and Google account) secure. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• Give us a real email address so we can reach you about your account and payments.

3. Credits and payments

• ReelClone is pay as you go. $1 buys 100 credits. Bigger top-ups get bonus credits, as shown at checkout.
• Each reel costs credits based on its mode, length and quality. You see the price before you start.
• Credits are held when a render starts. If a render fails or times out, the credits go back to your balance automatically.
• Credits never expire. They have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and can only be used on ReelClone.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars and include any taxes we're required to charge.
• We may change prices for future purchases. Credits you already hold keep their value. Early members keep their credit price as promised on the site.
• Apart from the cases in these terms and anything the law requires, purchases are final.

4. Previews, keeps and kills

• Every reel arrives first as a watermarked preview.
• Keep it to get the clean file.
• Kill it to get its credits back. Each kill uses one kill from your balance. You get 1 free kill for every 5 standard reels' worth of credits you buy.
• Kills are for takes that didn't come out the way you wanted. Using them to get free videos, for example by saving a preview and then killing it, is abuse and may lead to suspension.

5. EU right of withdrawal

If you're a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Credits are digital content you can use right away. When you buy them, you ask us to make them available immediately.

• If you haven't used any credits from a top-up, you can ask for a full refund of that top-up within 14 days of buying it.
• Once you start a render with credits from a top-up, you lose the right to withdraw from that top-up, as EU consumer law allows.

6. Your content

• What you upload (photos, reference reels, links) stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide ReelClone to you.
• Photos of people: you may only upload images of an AI-generated character, yourself, or a real adult who has given clear permission for their likeness to be used this way. Never upload images of a minor.
• Reference reels: for her version, we analyze a reel to understand its format and write a brand-new video, without copying its frames. For 1:1 copy, the original video itself is used as the motion, camera, scene and audio reference, and your influencer replaces the main performer. Either way, you're responsible for having the right to use the reference reel and for respecting other people's rights in what you publish.
• Your reels: as far as the law allows, the reels you make belong to you and you can use them commercially. AI-generated material may not be protected by copyright in every country, and similar outputs may be produced for others.

7. What you can't do

You may not use ReelClone to:

• create content showing a real person without their consent, or impersonate or deceive people about who is in a video;
• create any content involving minors, or any sexual or nude content;
• harass, threaten, defame or discriminate against anyone, or promote hate or violence;
• make content that breaks the law, infringes someone else's rights, or spreads harmful misinformation;
• scrape, copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, its prompts or its output pipeline, or try to get around its security or limits;
• open multiple accounts to abuse bonuses, refunds or kills.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. AI content and labels

Reels made with ReelClone are AI-generated. You're responsible for labeling them as AI-generated wherever the law or a platform's rules require it, including under the EU AI Act's transparency rules and the policies of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

9. No guarantees

AI output can be imperfect: faces, hands, text or timing can come out wrong. That's what previews and kills are for. We don't promise views, followers, revenue or virality, and we can't control how social platforms rank, label or moderate content. The service is provided "as is", to the extent the law allows.

10. Changes and availability

We're constantly improving ReelClone, so features, AI providers and quality can change. We aim to keep the service available but can't promise it will never be down. If we change these terms in an important way, we'll tell you before the changes take effect. If you don't agree, you can stop using ReelClone and ask us to refund unused credits from purchases made in the last 14 days, or as the law requires.

11. Suspension and closing

• You can stop using ReelClone at any time and ask us to delete your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. When the abuse is serious, unused credits may be forfeited.
• If we shut down ReelClone for good, we'll give you notice and refund unused paid credits.

12. Liability

We're responsible for providing ReelClone with reasonable care and skill. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or followers.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the EU country where we are based. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your own country, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live. Please contact us first. Most problems can be solved with a message.
